One of the most popular Japanese flowering cherry trees, Prunus ‘Kanzan’ is loaded with pink double flowers with a frilly edge for about two weeks in May, until its bronze foliage begins to unfurl. The bronze coloured, new leaves turn mid-green before adopting burnt orange colours in autumn.
